  • For the first three days, wear a protective film (you may carefully shower with it on).
  • After removing the film: gently wash with water and apply only the recommended cream.
  • Do not rub or pick any peeling skin.
  • Avoid pools, hot baths, the sea, and direct sun exposure for at least two weeks.
  • Refrain from intense sports or heavy sweating.
  • Wear loose, clean clothing and change bed sheets and towels regularly.
