If there’s a specific look you’re after, bring along a photo! It’s a safe, comfortable procedure that, with a little of your love and care, lasts up to four weeks.
  • Do not use eyelash curlers.
  • Avoid tinting your lashes with henna or dyes for five to seven days before the appointment.
  • Do not use waterproof mascara or creams/serums containing oils.
  • On the day of the procedure, don’t apply eye makeup of any kind and use NO oil-based products.
  • No coffee, energy drinks, or caffeine in the morning – these may cause eyelid twitching.
  • Remove your contacts before the procedure and bring a pair of glasses.

Mascara can sometimes damage synthetic lashes and removing it may harm your natural ones. If you still decide to use it, use an oil-free formula and a foam cleanser.

3 to 5 weeks, depending on the type of extensions, aftercare, and individual factors.

Keep those lashes neat and full by booking once every two weeks.

Don’t do that. You risk damaging or pulling out your natural lashes. Let a professional handle that.

Nope, not as long as they’re applied correctly and you follow those aftercare instructions. Avoid rubbing your eyes, skipping fills, or self-removal.

A natural lash lives between 60 and 100 days. We all shed two to five of them daily. Extensions can make it feel more noticeable.

Oily eyelids may impact retention. Regarding aftercare, things like oils, rubbing your eyes, or using mascara may impede retention. Attentive care extends retention. Lifestyle habits such as visiting saunas, hot showers, sports, or sleeping face down could weaken the adhesive, as do hormonal factors like pregnancy, stress, or illness. If your natural lashes are on the weaker side, they may not handle heavier extensions well. If you always sleep on one side, lashes may shed from that side faster.
